Five Hidden Wealth Creating Habits of Top Producers

Top Producers who achieve big results in a short amount of time have some pretty powerful wealth creating habits.

To average people or those who haven’t created these habits yet they may be foreign, but anyone at any time can begin implementing these habits into their daily business and be on their way to becoming a Top Producer!

In other words, being persistent, consistent and taking massive action all contribute to a person's success, however, by themselves, they are NOT enough.

Here are FIVE Hidden Habits of every Top Producer in our industry. Hey, if you are already doing these things, you might be on your way to becoming a Top Producer already!

#1 - Top Producers Learn How to Use Available Resources and Exhaust all Options.

Just like a good attorney who might not know all the laws, they still know where to find them.

The same goes for Top Producers.

They learn to use all of their resources, tools and systems, therefore maximizing everyone’s time without having to ask others for the answers to their own questions.

By thinking outside the box and connecting dots that may not even be in the picture, they live in the solutions, not the problems of their business.

They surf, they scour and they browse whatever information they must in order to find what they want.

#2 - Top Producers Plan in Advance.

Nothing is “ASAP” unless their house is on fire. They focus on the important, not the urgent. They plan events, travel & appointments days, weeks, months, even years in advance.

They never put pressure on others to make quick decisions due to their own poor planning and always teach their organization to respect theirs and other's time by scheduling convenient times to talk, meet or work together.

This also earns huge respect in the eyes of their team.

#3 - Top Producers Strive to be more Successful, than Significant.

Top Producers know that your success is their future and would prefer to give you the glory, than take all the credit themselves.

They would prefer to stand behind the spotlight, instead of IN it.

They want to "grow up" their team; not "show up" their team.

And most importantly, they use the words "you", "team", "we" and "ours" more than the words, "I", "my", "me" & "mine".

By doing so, they project the success of those around them and tell other people's stories more often than their own, which creates more success for them, and those who work with them.

#4 - Top Producers are Givers, not Takers.

I was taught at an early stage of my MLM Career that you are either a giver or a taker.

You either give energy and encouragement to those around you, or you take energy and lower levels of enthusiasm of those around you.

The way Top Producers give energy is through both spoken and unspoken vibrations stemming from their belief and conviction that there is a bigger, brighter future ahead for everyone working with them and that they know of solutions to just about any problem.

Top Producers don’t just see how things are, but how they could be.

They also offer their time, support & experience to others without expecting anything in return.

Top Producers are also givers because they know that whatever they give, eventually they get to keep. This applies in every area of life, not just success.

Just remember that takers never receive because they are only looking for the next handout. Become a Giver and watch your business soar!

#5 – Top Producers allow things to take their Natural Course

Mark Yarnell, one of the biggest success stories in the history of our industry once said that his best day in Network Marketing was the day that he gave up playing Master & Commander of the Universe and just let his team do whatever they wanted to build their businesses. If they were building successfully, he learned not to have the need for control and just let the chips fall where they may.

Top Producers trust that no matter what happens, that everything is going to turn out to theirs and their team’s benefit.

Even during times of stress or challenge, a Top Producers attitude is calm, cool & collected. They don’t panic, trip out, freak out, lose control or give their power away to circumstances beyond their control.

If they cannot get a hold of someone, cannot get an immediate answer or an instant response, they do not get frantic and start blaming everyone and anything around them for their fear of loss.

They realize that the bigger the test, the better the testimony and that the “mess”, will eventually become their most compelling message to share with others.

Top Producers know that they are exactly where they are supposed to be in the big picture and that it’s ok to fail forward than to stay idle and play it safe.

Truth is, that if you want to double your rate of success, you must first double your rate of failure. And when you trust that things will take their natural course and that you are exactly where YOU are supposed to be, you will find yourself reaching higher levels of success than you’ve ever dreamed possible.
